[ARCHIVED] Report Public Works Emergencies in Your Neighborhood

REPORT PUBLIC WORKS EMERGENCIES (Billboard (Square))

South Jordan City relies on residents to let staff know when something needs their attention. If your water isn't working, or you see leaks (even in your yard), floods, or stop signs down, reporting it to the City helps keep the community safe and working well.

When you let the City know about these issues, they can fix them fast. Maybe your neighbor has no water, or there's a leak in someone's yard. If we report it quickly, the city can stop it from getting worse and causing bigger problems and determine who needs to manage the issue, whether resident or city.

For public works emergencies during normal work hours, call the city's helpline at (801)-446-4357. After hours and on weekends, it's important to call Public Works Dispatch at (801)-840-4000. The city is serious about taking care of public works emergencies, day or night.

Remember

Emergencies During Business Hours (Mon-Thur- 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. & Fri 8 a.m. - Noon): Call (801)-446-4357

Emergencies After Hours: Call Public Works Dispatch at (801)-840-4000
